We are proud to introduce theGTD.com discount card to our participating Greek communities. The use of this card will allow the user to take advantage being passed on by participating businesses. Discounts are subject to terms of participating businesses. TheGTD.com is not liable for changes in discount programs. Discounts and offers from theGTD.com Discount Card may not be bundled with any other existing offers. Discounts and offers may be changed or updated throughout the school year without notice.
Your use of this web site (the "Site") is predicated on your adherence to the following terms and conditions (the "Agreement"), and your use of the Site constitutes your agreement to be bound and follow the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Use of the Site: You may electronically copy and print in hard copy portions of this Site solely for the purpose of placing an order with The Greek Telephone Directory. Any other use of materials on this Site, including reproduction for purposes other than those noted above, or the alteration, distribution, or publication is strictly prohibited without the prior written permission of The Greek Telephone Directory.
This Agreement is effective unless and until terminated by The Greek Telephone Directory. The Greek Telephone Directory may terminate this Agreement at any time and without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the Site, if, in The Greek Telephone Directory's sole discretion, you fail to comply with any term or condition of this Agreement. Upon any termination of this Agreement, you must promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise acquired from the Site, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under the terms of this Agreement or otherwise.

Miscellaneous: This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to any conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively by the state and federal courts of the State of California, County of Los Angeles and/or the Southern District of California.
